WHY DO I HAVE TO VIEW THE PRODUCT SUPPORT VIDEO BEFORE MY HUKAMA TOOLKIT IS SHIPPED?
Hukama believes that to ship a toolkit without a clear explanation of the process and the rationale for its use would be socially irresponsible. The Product Support Video provides in- depth knowledge that will allow you, its viewer, to actively welcome and include the autistic population into your professional environment.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship only to street addresses within the contiguous United States at this time.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping and handling are included in the purchase price.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are generally shipped within three business days of completed view of the Product Support Video.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Yes. There is an option within the order form to ship to multiple addresses.

When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged once you have completed the order form using your indicated method of payment. Please note that the box of tools will not ship until you have viewed the Product Support Video in its entirety. You may view the Product Support Video multiple times after that at no additional charge, but only one box will be shipped per purchase.

Can all tools in the box be sanitized?
Yes. All tools are, unless designed for single use, able to be sanitized; we leave the method to your professional discretion.

Can my staff and I watch the Product Support Video multiple times?

Of course! If you have already placed your order and watched the Product Support Video in its entirety, you are welcome to access the Product Support Video additional times by logging in to your account.
